
MEET THE TEAM

George Beck has been competing in cycling since the age of 14, racing at national and international level, including the Tour Series, and spending two full seasons racing in France on the elite calendar.

He holds an FdSc in Cycling Performance, BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, and is currently completing an MSc in Applied Sports Science.
Alongside his academic work, George is the Lead Physiologist within the University of Derby's Human Performance Unit, where he delivers advanced physiological testing and support to endurance athletes.

Fletcher Adams is a cyclocross rider to the core, with a long-standing racing career across multiple disciplines. A three-time National Cyclocross Team winner, he has raced for teams including Hargroves Cycles RT, Wolfox CAMS Le Col, and Schils Doltcini, building a reputation as a highly experienced and adaptable rider.

Alongside racing, Fletcher is heavily involved within the cycling industry, bridging elite performance with the commercial side of the sport.

Founder of Summit 7 Athlete Management, supporting athletes through representation, partnerships, and career development.

Fergus Phelan is a former national-level swimmer turned competitive cyclist now racing with TAAP, bringing a strong multi-sport background to performance and athlete development.
He holds a BSc in Sports Performance and an MSc in Sports Management from the University of Bath.

A BUCS Team Pursuit bronze medallist, Fergus also works as an Event Organiser with British Cycling, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, inclusive racing across the UK, including track events at Calshot Velodrome.
